Remote Learning Help Desk
As we engage in this new way of distance learning, we are here to support you through the transition. We will have a live HELP DESK which families can access by calling 937-985-DECA (3322) to get additional assistance with tech support.
If you prefer face-to-face support, families can go to DECA PREP on Monday, August 24 through Wednesday August 27 during the following times:
Tuesday- 11AM- 1PM
Wednesday- 4PM- 6PM
Families can also alway email email@example.com and a DECA staff member will get back to your within one business day.
One Call Now Text Messages
One Call Now is DECA's Automated Notification Service. Over the years we have had a number of parents ask if we could send more of our messages via text message. We can, but parents must opt-in to receive text messages from One Call Now first. Message and data rates may apply.
We will send messages to families via One Call Now to communicate about:
- Organizational Information
- Delay/Closing Information
- Upcoming Events & Activities, etc.
We cannot send you messages via text unless you opt-in for them. You can opt-out at any time.
