Things you should know:
- Filling out this survey will help you guarantee your child's ride to school.
- We need this survey filled out (only 6 questions) for EVERY STUDENT you have at Prep and Middle
- If you have 1 child at PREP and 2 more at Middle - we need you to fill the survey out 3 times...one for each child.
- Drop off and Pick up address has to be the same. They cannot drop off and pick up at different locations
- You do not have to use your home address - as long as it is in their "area" and your child will get on and off at that address.
- Once you finish your survey for your first child - submit it and then click SUBMIT ANOTHER RESPONSE for the next child.
