What is it?
ParentSquare is a parent engagement tool that helps teachers and staff easily communicate
and collaborate with parents.
We are excited to let you know that this year we will continue to be using ParentSquare to communicate
with you at the school, and in your classrooms and groups. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.
With ParentSquare can:
Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or app. View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events. Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items. Securely receive report cards, IEPs and other important student documents.
How does it work?
ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number.
If you don't create a sign in for your account or download the app, you will still receive all communications. If you want to respond, you will have to create a sign in for your account.
At the high school we will also be using StudentSquare to allow communications to be streamlined for advisors, teachers, and students. Each high school student will be given an account and instructed how to navigate the app to enhance their communications within the school.
Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:

Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm
