Message from DPS Athletic Department
We have begun the non-enrollment process for the 22-23 school year for any charter, community, and home-school students who would like to participate in sports within the Dayton Public Schools district. This is only for students whose school does not provide athletics.
- I have attached the paperwork below (non-enrolled guide and sports physical) that they will need to fill out and the non-enrolled paperwork will need to be notarized.
- We will also need two proof of address (utility bill, deed, lease agreement, etc. in parent/guardian's name along with current ID) and the students last report card. We determine the school the student will participate at based off of the home address. We do not provide this information beforehand.
- They will also need to have a sports physical completed, if they do not already have one. We are located at the Jackson Center, 329 Abbey Ave., Dayton, OH 45417 and are open from 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.
