Job Summary: The DECA PREP elementary principal manages all facets of daily school operations. The elementary principal ensures the safety and welfare of both students and staff and provides for a positive learning environment. The principal provides instructional leadership including curriculum planning and implementation, instructional strategies, student accountability, and professional development. Under the guidance of the Board of Directors and the superintendent, the elementary principal develops and implements school policy and operational guidelines. This position reports to the DECA superintendent.
